This wedding dinner i had was absolutely grand. So i am tell you how grand it was. By the way, everything that is gonna be typed out is written on my phone on that day.

Hi guys, I'm currently at Swissotel The Stamford attending my customer's wedding dinner. It's currently 7.59pm and I'm in this very grand ballroom. The atmosphere here right now is very tense, as in everybody is waiting for the groom and bride. The first thing i notice on the table is the chopstick and spoon holder. I can't take a picture of it as there are a lot of unknown people around me. But i can describe it in 1 word "grand". A dragon head holding the chopstick and the dragon tail holding the spoon, with dragon-like designs on the bottom of the spoon. This ballroom is 5 times as big as our parade square, and it's only half open! Imagine the size of it when it's fully open.

It's currently 8.16pm and still waiting for guests to be here. There is a small present on the table for each and everyone and i got a glass cup holder, as in the thing you put under the cup for some purposes. Lights out and dinner starts at 8.31pm. Start off with viewing of the newly-weds' photos on the large screen. After that, the newly-weds walk in from the back and everyone near them starts throwing rose petals as they walk to the stage to cut the wedding cake. Lights back and start off with the first dish. Pretty nice and about 5 minutes, my favourite food is up, Shark Fin with Crab Meat, the grand version of it. All i can say is "GOOD". Next up, big prawns with essparuguse, something that everybody will go for. Huge prawns, 2 times the size of our thumb., indeed made it a favourite in the ballroom.

Time for some Yum-Seng and everybody stands up, gave their blessings to the newly-weds. Alright, next up we have Abalone with vegetables. The size of each abalone is like half of your plam. Nice one and next we have Beef Ribs Steak with Chng's very own creation of Black Pepper Sauce. Cooked till 70% and it taste perfect. After that, we have the Yee-Fu Noodles. Pretty nice and was cleared. Utensils, plates and bowls being taken away and clean plates placed and finally we have our last and finally dish, A Ice Cream cake. What surprise me is a small cup of XO is being lighted up and poured onto the cake. The cream starts having burnt marks and flame goes out. Each got a slice and when i put a small bit into my mouth, first taste was XO, slowly into strawberry.

Everybody had fun and took pictures with the newly-weds and their family. Time to say goodbye and shake hands with them, left the ballroom and back to my dad's car.
